The leadership behind our work
Executive Director
Francesca leads the organization's vision, strategy, and overall direction. She sets goals that drive impact and ensures alignment across the team through effective meetings and communication. Francesca also oversees key partnerships with schools, clinics, and sponsors, working to expand access to vision care and advance the organization's mission.
Director of Finance & Development
Ivan oversees the organization's financial strategy and growth initiatives. He manages budgeting and expense tracking to ensure resources are used effectively, while leading fundraising through donations, scholarships, and grant opportunities. Ivan also spearheads grant writing and maintains transparent financial practices, ensuring accountability and trust as the organization expands access to vision care for students.
Director of Operations
Ian oversees day-to-day execution and ensures initiatives run smoothly. He leads event planning, coordinates volunteers, and manages scheduling and logistics to support programs and outreach activities. Ian plays a key role in turning the organization's mission into action, ensuring efficient delivery of vision care support to students.
Director of Outreach & Marketing
Alex leads the organization's communications and community engagement efforts. She manages social media, branding, and content creation to raise awareness and strengthen our presence. Alex also oversees volunteer recruitment and builds relationships with schools and local organizations, while coordinating emails and newsletters to keep the community informed and connected.
